¿KDE Desktop Windows 7 will be?
Seeing the screenshots of the desktop Windows 7 , something strange happened to me over the head. It is rumored that we have available the Beta1 of Windows 7 in January. But I have not been very original in design of desktop theme.
! Do not tell me not look like a KDE desktop with Compiz-Fusion! I leave another capture below, to judge yourselves, but every time I looks more like KDE 4 Plasma.
Also read in ArsTecnica who has revealed the possible appearance of the new Boot Windows 7. The image that appears when you load Windows startup, had been very similar in Vista and XP.
But as you can see in the video, which I leave home now is more minimalist. I like the style but I think it should be something bigger, I guess the final version will vary and will depend on the screen you are using. But that's a laptop, and I do not have more than 19 ".
Here you have another catch as will be the default desktop theme in Windows 7. It is quite precious, and icons are the design line between Mac and KDE desktops.

That reminds me a lot to start again Fedora (Plymouth I think it's called) ...
And the look of this new Windows is clavadito to KDE 4 ...
Are not critical, I think if something is good why can not you copy it?
Well I would throw Malpy 3 questions with regard to your question.
1 ° What happens when someone copies something from Microsoft?
But what happens when Ms copy to the other?
2 nd Copy is not a way of exploiting the labor of others?
Is it correct to copy without even asking permission?
Ms 3 ° It has enough money, engineers, workers and the general ability to create?
Chuko friend, for a lack of imagination of the directors of this pseudo-so, because I am sure if you hand metierán all Free Software, another bird sing.
That imagination will have if still install XP on mini-computers.
A greeting.
Hello;
invent, copy and improve on that is what has always done.
It is normal and is good for improvement.
Kra: To improve something is not necessary to copy it.
Just help.
Although there is a huge difference: MS copy for financial gain and more to infinity, while others believe in many cases no other reason than to share it.
The desktop computer is in constant evolution, I do not think it should be a problem when identifying a good idea, other desktops adopt it.
Try to avoid this would get into the game software patents.
