After a long period of silence as to what that refers Google Chrome OS, Suns Pichai, vice president of product management at Google, has broken the silence. In the context of Computex Taipei mega Shanghai, Sundar said that Google is "excited about the project" and expect to "reach millions of users on the first day of launch."

It really has generated a whole mystique around the Chrome OS, since the disappearance for several days of public debate, many journalists and users believe that the project had been on the night of nothingness.

The Chrome OS project is simple but not that pretty suggestive. The idea was betting on Google to launch an operating system for netbooks, which is not surprising if we think that the sale of these has plummeted with the launch of the Apple iPad. Perhaps, in the background, the objective is to reverse this trade, giving new impetus to the nice ultraportable.

While more than 70 million people have downloaded on their computers the Chrome browser, so you might deduce that the new operating system from Google will have a grand reception in the public, the fact is that, having seen the videos circulating advertising on the Internet and not have to wait for the discontent and suspicion comments.

In this way a sort of force field in shock, in which we witness the presence of a growing expectation on the part of the user community as a corollary of the mystique surrounding the Chrome OS, and the presence of growing discontent by the same group of users after experiencing some elements of the use of the next operating system for netbooks.

We'll see how everything ends this dilemma.
