The p2p slows upload speed Internet access

I guess many have imagined that one reason why the operators do not increase the upload speed Internet is p2p networks.

In a somewhat more precise reason in adslzone.net the problem, making it clear that the doubling in the rate of rise is an increase of more than double the traffic that networks have to endure. So it will be difficult for operators to change their policy.
