HAL working on DragonflyBSD

The hardware abstraction layer (HAL defined Freedesktop ) has been carried DragonflyBSD and is available to install from pkg-src. The HAL layer is based to a more comfortable computer hardware, especially in desktop graphics, making it a major step forward for users of this operating system.
