Magnatune has donated $ 614.20 to the Gnome Foundation in gratitude for the successful integration of its range of artists in the software Rhythmbox. Estimate that the portal through Rhythmbox have turnover of more than $ 6000 (the customer pays what you want from $ 5 per disc), so I have donated 10%.

  2. On second thought $ 600 must be small change to Gnome, but it's really interesting to know the good understanding between both organizations.

By the way, seems to have also donated $ 100 to Ubuntu, as they have a modified version of Rhythmbox that generated $ 1000 $. Although I suppose it will be well with them after learning that the next version of Rhythmbox in Ubuntu aim at the music store 7digital. A task for Magnatune.
