openSUSE 11.2-Milestone3
At your disposal of the 3rd alpha (build 0148) of one of the most important developments-by Novell Linux: OSuSE 11.2. Kernel 2.6.30, GCC 4.4 and ext4 by default (it is recommended that a separate / boot on ext3 to boot and the drivers are going well and the rest formatted in ext4), Firefox 3.5 final bit was left out, and the inclusion of KDE 4.3 Beta 2, GNOME 2.27.2, OpenOffice.org 3.1 and VirtualBox 2.2.4. Until November no definitive version of what will be Fichte (German philosopher Kant distribution more than German in origin is a tribute to the great Konrad Zuse ).

Even with the quirks that got us into KDE4, Linus denies affair and so now prefer GNOME Icaza left us; OpenSuSE remains one of the best options to migrate from WinXP (before peek Seven head in October, clear .) I have returned to the rapid and problematic and incompatible Slackware 12.1 with kernel 2.6.30 and upgraded to it I stand.
Well have to go by testing ![]()
I thought we would use grub2 by default to avoid problems with ext4.
And on KDE, say it's going to be fantastic at last between a KDE 4 version patched with a high, I guess you can even get to the 4.3.4 or 0.5 for November.
If the beta is already stable, this promises ![]()
GRUB2 could not assert that is not present, just as a precaution if you use the ext4 filesystem is the recommended procedure.
Released Milestone3 notes do not say anything about the boot loader.
If PulseAudio 0.9.15 is included.
Here is more about it.
Do not obsess, ext4 grub support from version 0.97-r9.
Thanks for the tip xender for now I insist on ReiserFS, every time you install to disk or virtual machine.
What do you think openSUSE 11.2-Milestone3?
